Charles Hart

To say that Charles has a lot of experience in mechanical repair is an understatement. At the age of 14 Charles worked in his father’s machine shop repairing and rebuilding whatever he could get his hands on. Charles is trained as a Certified Welder, Master Machinist, and Nuclear Certified Machinist and can fix just about anything.
He has worked in leadership roles at many organizations across the country. At Paceco in Gulfport, AL, Charles became a certified welder and started machining. He was a precision machinist working from a drawing and building parts. At Alltech Machinery, Charles ran the CNC department. When he was the machine shop supervisor at Pouncey Machine and Tool, he was responsible for the Kerr McGee account and also was involved in building parts for Air Force One. Charles then moved on to Hydro Air where he was a lead machinist working on nuclear equipment and HVAC systems. At Southern Precision, Charles was a machinist involved with building parts for the space shuttle and the credit card mechanism used at gas pumps.
